From a Driveway in Casper to the World Series
Mike Devereaux grew up in Casper, Wyoming, while competing in every sport he could find, winning state championships at Kelly Walsh High School, and developing the habits and mindset that would carry him all the way to the major leagues. He didn't arrive as a finished product. He was built — rep by rep, game by game.
Twelve seasons across five organizations. The Dodgers. The Orioles. The White Sox. The Braves. The Rangers. Through all of it, Mike refined a hitting approach built on mechanics, discipline, preparation, and the ability to perform under the biggest pressure the game can create.
That performance didn't happen in a vacuum. It was the product of a lifetime of work — a method for approaching the plate, reading pitchers, controlling the at-bat, and delivering when everything is on the line. The Devereaux Method is that system, written down and handed to you.
